POTATO BEEF CASSEROLE | |
4 potatoes, peeled & sliced 3 lg. onions, coarsely chopped 4 sliced carrots 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 can condensed tomato soup 1/4 c. water 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper In a greased baking dish layer potatoes, onion, carrots and lean ground beef. Combine tomato soup with water, salt and pepper. Pour soup mixture over the top of the casserole. Cover and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Uncover the last half hour so liquid will thicken. |
