HAMBURGER POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
6-8 potatoes
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water

Make hamburger into 4-5 patties. Place in 9x13 inch pan. Add salt and pepper, garlic salt to taste. Cut up potatoes and lay them on top of hamburger patties. Salt and pepper potatoes.

Mix soup and water in a bowl. Pour over patties. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 450 degree oven for 1 - 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender. Uncover the last 20-30 minutes of cooking time. Serves 4-5.
