BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. fat
1/2 c. sliced onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 c. chopped mushrooms
2 c. cooked cubed beef
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 c. gravy
Salt & pepper
14 oz. pkg. cooked noodles
Grated cheese

Melt fat. Add onions and peppers. Cook until onions are yellow. Add mushrooms and beef. Cook slowly for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, gravy seasoning and noodles. Place in casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
