RAISED DONUTS 
2 c. milk, scald
1 c. potato water
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
3 dry yeast
3 c. flour
5 eggs (4 yolks & 1 whole egg)

Mix and add enough flour to make a soft dough. Cover. Let rise punch down. Let raise a little while then roll out and cut into donuts or long johns. Deep fry until done.
