SINGLE RAISED DONUTS 
3 eggs
6 c. flour
2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
2 cakes yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lard

Dissolve yeast in water. Add all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Let rise to double in size. Roll out on floured surface. Cut and let rise again. Fry in deep hot fat. Cool and glaze.
