SHIPWRECK CASSEROLE 
2 med. potatoes, diced
1 med. onion, sliced
1 can with juice kidney, pinto or chili beans
1 lb. hamburger, partly fried & drained

Layer above ingredients in order in deep casserole dish. Top with the following ingredients in order:

1 can tomato rice soup
1/2 can water or to 1 1/2" from top of baking dish

Bake 1 hour at 425 degrees and top with 1/2 cup grated cheese, bake 5 to 10 minutes more. Serve with biscuits.

MICROWAVE: Pressure diced potatoes and onion for 5 minutes. Layer as above, cover and cook in microwave 15 to 20 minutes on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
