SMOOTH 'N CREAMY FROSTING 
1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant pudding (any flavor)
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. cold milk
3 1/2 c. or 8 oz. Cool Whip

Combine pudding mix, sugar and milk in small bowl. Beat slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of mixer until well blended, about 1 minute. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cake at once. It makes about 4 cups or enough for two 9 inch layers. Store in refrigerator.
