SMOOTH 'N CREAMY FROSTING 
1 pkg. (4 serving size) instant pudding
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. cold milk
1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Combine pudding, sugar and milk in small bowl. Beat slowly at low speed of electric mixer until well blended, about 1 minute. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cake at once. Store frosted cake in refrigerator. 4 cups.
