FRY TOMATOES 
4 lg. ripe tomatoes
4 lg. green tomatoes
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt

Cut tomatoes in small pieces. Add salt and pepper. Roll in flour and meal. Place in a 1/2 cup of vegetable oil

Let oil get very hot and place in tomatoes. Stir to avoid scorching. Let fry until tomatoes get brown.
