ITALIAN MEAT PIE 
1 jar artichoke hearts (marinated)
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
1/4 c. grated Italian cheese
1 lb. sausage (Italian sweet)

Prepare an unbaked pie crust top and bottom. Remove sausage from casing. Fry artichokes and sausage together until well done. Put in a large bowl.

Grate Mozzarella cheese, beat eggs and add to bowl along with Italian grated cheese. Mix well. Pour mixture into the unbaked pie shell and cover with top crust. Bake for 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serve with a tossed salad.
