1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa or 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. sugar
2 sm. eggs
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream butter, cocoa and sugar. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Alternate adding the flour to which the soda has been added and the milk. Mix well. Pour into pan.
