EASY CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. nuts

FIRST LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

SECOND LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Prepare crust by blending flour, nuts and melted butter and pat in 9"x13" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Then prepare first layer. Beat cream cheese and add powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and spread on cooled crust. Then prepare second layer. Spread on first layer. Spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle nuts on top.
