LEFT-OVER MEAT STRETCHER 
Meat (left over chuck or a fresh round)
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can peeled tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
Garlic powder
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar

In electric skillet, arrange meat (cooked or uncooked). Cover with soup mix and tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer until done. Serve over rice or potatoes.
