1 1/2 pts. chopped tart apples, peeled
1 pt. chopped green tomatoes
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. each salt, allspice & cloves
3 c. sugar
1 lb. raisins
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. chopped suet

Mix all ingredients together. Bring to a rapid boil and simmer until thick. Pour into clean jars to within 1" of top. Seal tightly; process in boiling water bath. Pints for 25 minutes.

Makes 4 pints.
