MEAT BALLS, GREEN BEANS,
POTATOES AND ONION CASSEROLE
 
1/2 lb. any raw ground meat
1/3 c. rolled oats
1/3 c. Pet milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Shape into 16 meat balls. Roll meat in 1 1/2 tablespoons flour. Brown in 2 tablespoons shortening. Add 1 cup sliced onions; cook onions slowly 5 minutes. Add 1 cup water, 2 cups diced raw potatoes, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until done. Add 2 cups drained cooked green beans and heat through.
