SUGARLESS CAKE 
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped prunes
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Put 1 cup water in pan. Add dates and prunes. Bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Set aside. Add butter, raisins and nuts. When cool, add 2 eggs, soda, flour, salt and vanilla; stir well. Put into a greased and floured baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
