CONGEALED SALAD 
1 lg. orange Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve liquid
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. mandarin oranges
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Heat reserved pineapple juice and add Jello to it. Stir until dissolved. Put in blender and add milk and cream cheese, blend. Add oranges, blend only 2 or 3 seconds. Add pineapple, do not blend only stir. Pour in pan or mold sprayed with Pam. Let set overnight.
