YUM YUM CONGEALED SALAD | |
1 lg. can crushed pineapple 3/4 c. sugar 1 lg. pkg. orange Jello 1 lg. Cool Whip 1 sm. stick mild cheddar cheese 1 c. chopped fine nuts, pecans Combine 1 large can crushed pineapple (juice and all) and 3/4 cup sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add 1 large Jello and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add 2 cups cold water. Put in large bowl and chill until partially jelled. Add 1 large Cool Whip, 1 small stick mild cheddar cheese (grated) and add nuts. Chill until firm. |
