CRANBERRY CONGEALED SALAD 
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. hot water
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. pineapple juice
1 lg. can cranberry sauce
2 oranges, cut up (grate rind)
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 env. gelatin
Pinch of salt

Dissolve Knox gelatin in pineapple juice. Mix Jello with water and mix with pineapple juice. Mix up the rest of ingredients and combine with Jello and juice mixture. Place in a 9x12 dish and chill overnight.
