LEMON POPPY SEED CUPCAKES 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines moist deluxe lemon supreme cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. water
1/3 c. Crisco oil
3 tbsp. poppy seed

LEMON FROSTING:

1 container (16 oz.) Duncan Hines vanilla cake frosting
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
3-4 drops yellow food coloring
Yellow & orange gum drops for garnish

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 2 1/2 inch paper liners in 30 muffin cups.

2. For cupcakes combine cake mix, eggs, water, oil and poppy seeds in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Fill each cupcake liner about 1/2 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-21 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove to cooling rack. Cool completely.
