ORANGE SAUCE FOR PANCAKES 
3/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. orange juice (already made)
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In a 2 quart saucepan, cook at medium heat until it boils. Stir continuously. After it boils, remove from heat; let it cool for a few minutes and its ready to pour over pancakes.
