CINNAMON - PECAN - HONEY PANCAKE
SAUCE
 
2 c. pancake syrup
1/2 c. mild-flavored honey
3/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients; stir well. Pour mixture into an air-tight container. Store at room temperature. Serve over waffles, pancakes, or ice cream. Yield: 3 cups.
