AUNT HELEN'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. ground round
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1 lg. onion
2 cloves garlic
1 sm. jar stuffed olives, sliced
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
2 sm. cans tomato paste
Basil
Oregano
Thyme
Salt
Pepp er

Brown the ground round in a large iron frying pan, drain and set aside. Saute celery, mushrooms, onion and garlic in butter. Add olives and ground round and mix together with tomato sauce and tomato paste. Add seasonings to taste and let simmer ALL DAY (at least 6 hours). Serves 6 to 8.
