BERT'S PUDDING 
1-2 lg. boxes instant vanilla sugar-free pudding
1 pkg. graham crackers
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, in its own juice
Several bananas
1 med. container whipped topping
Coconut
1 pkg. crushed nut topping
Cherries

In a 9 x 13 inch pan or any size square container with a lid; place a layer of graham crackers, a layer of bananas, a layer of pineapple. Make the pudding according to the package directions. Pour over the top of the pineapple. Then top the pudding with the whipped topping. Sprinkle the topping with the coconut and nuts. Garnish with the cherries.
