BAKED POTATOES & ONIONS SURPRISE 
10 sm. potatoes, scrubbed & sliced
5 to 6 onions, sliced
1 stick butter, thin pats
Salt to taste
Garlic to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. yogurt
1 sm. lemon

In large baking sheet, line bottom of pan with potatoes. Top potatoes with butter pats every 4 to 5 slices. Top with onion slices and butter pats. Sprinkle with garlic and salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees until tender. Serve with yogurt and squeeze lemon on top. Serves 6 to 8.
