CAESAR SALAD 
Garlic
1/2 lemon
1 egg
Worcestershire sauce
Anchovy paste
Oil (1/3 c. olive, 1/3 c. corn)
1/4 tsp. Grey Poupon
6 shakes Tabasco sauce
1/3 c. croutons (crushed)
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Romaine lettuce

Wash lettuce, dry, cut and lightly sprinkle with cheese, set aside. Crush garlic buds into bowl, add oil. Add anchovy paste, mix. Add 1 egg (not beaten). Squeeze 1/2 lemon on top of egg.

Blend with spoon. Blend in Worcestershire sauce (mix 1 time around bowl), 1/4 teaspoon Grey Poupon mustard and 6 shots of Tabasco.

Add crushed croutons. Add cheese and blend. Place lettuce in bowl and mix. Add fresh pepper.
