BUTTERSCOTCH CRUNCHIES 
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. chow mein noodles
1 c. butterscotch morsels (can use chocolate)

Combine peanut butter and morsels in top of double boiler. Place over hot water until morsels melt. When blended, add noodles and stir until well coated. Drop on wax paper to cool.
