SKILLET VEAL PARMIGIANA 
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. crumbled leaf basil
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
6 frozen breaded veal patties
1 can (17 oz.) Italian tomatoes
1 tsp. dried leaf oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, sliced
Grated Parmesan (optional)

Heat butter in large frying pan. Brown veal patties about 3 minutes on each side. Remove as they brown. Cut each patty in half. Add tomatoes to same pan, mashing with fork. Stir in onion, sugar, spices, salt and pepper. Cook uncovered, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Add veal patties, top with cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover. Cook on medium heat 10 minutes.
