CRABMEAT AU GRATIN 
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne or red pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
3/4 c. sliced green onions
2 chopped cloves garlic
2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms or 1 c. canned
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. light cream
1 tsp. parsley
1 lb. lump crabmeat
Cheddar cheese, grated

Saute first 7 ingredients, add cream cheese, parsley and crabmeat; mix well. Place in casserole dish and cover with grated cheese. Broil to desired crispness.
