2 1/2 c. hash browns or tater tots
1 c. cooked chopped ham
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten

In a large skillet, combine the potatoes, ham, onion and green pepper in the oil over moderately high heat. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour beaten eggs over the mixture; continue to stir until eggs are set. Serve hot.
