SWEET POTATO SURPRISES 
1 lg. can pineapple slices
1 lg. can sweet potatoes
1 c. sour cream
Nutmeg
Pecan halves or chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Drain sweet potatoes. Beat with mixer, adding sour cream and 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Place well drained pineapple slices on greased or sprayed, rimmed baking sheet.
