SUMMER SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) white shoepeg corn
1/4 c. green pepper (chopped)
2 tbsp. pimento
1/2 c. celery (chopped bite size)
1/2 c. onion (chopped)
1 c. cucumber (chopped bite size)

DRESSING:

Blend together and pour over vegetables: 2 1/2 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. salt
