SUMMER SALAD | |
1 lb. pkg. small elbow macaroni, cooked al dente 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 sm. cans white chunk tuna, in oil 1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip Salad dressing (no substitute) Drain and rinse macaroni with cold water. In a large bowl add celery, onion, tuna, Miracle Whip. Mix very well. Chill at least 3 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs, green pepper rings, tomato wedges, etc. Serve with potato chips and a relish tray of sweet pickles, carrots, olives, etc. Especially good to serve during hot weather! |
