CHRISTMAS CATHEDRAL COOKIES 
6 oz. Chocolate chips
1/4 cup Butter
1 Egg
1 cup Powdered Sugar
3/4 cup Nuts or Coconut
3/4 pkg. Colored Miniature Marshmallows

Melt 6 oz. chocolate chips and 1/4 cup butter in microwave. Cool, add egg well beaten, powdered sugar, marsh mellows. Separate into 2 equal parts. Roll each part in nuts or coconut on wax paper.

Form log- Roll until covered then cover in foil and freeze. Keep frozen until slicing.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
