QUICK POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. mild sausage
10 med. potatoes, boiled with jackets on ahead of time
1 can mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 green bell pepper

Brown sausage in skillet and drain grease. Add soup, stir until blended. Potatoes should be cut in approximately 1 inch squares with or without peeling, put in large casserole dish. Pour sausage mixture over potatoes, garnish on top with pepper, cut in large rings. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
