CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. chicken cutlets
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion
2 green peppers
1 clove garlic
1 can mushrooms
1 can sliced black olives
Oregano
Salt & pepper

Cube chicken, put a little oil in a baking pan and put chicken on it. Slice onion and peppers; mash garlic and place over chicken.

Cover with mushrooms and olives. Sprinkle spices on top and pour soup over everything. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
