CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. cooked Minute Rice
1 sm. diced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sherry (optional)
3 c. cooked turkey or chicken, cut up (4 - 5 chicken breasts)

Mix everything together. Put into greased 9 x 12 inch pan. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. Do not over cook. 1 package Minute Rice yields just the right amount of rice.
