VANILLA ICE CREAM WITH LEMON
TWIST
 
1 pt. heavy cream
1 pt. light cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
Grated rind & juice of 1 lemon

Combine above ingredients in freezer cream can. Stir with wooden spoon until sugar dissolves. Freeze in home style ice cream freezer or in refrigerator freezer, stirring occasionally until firm.
