LEMON ICE CREAM 
1 pt. whipping cream
1 qt. half & half
4 c. sugar
3/4 c. lemon juice (or juice of 8 lemons)
1 tbsp. lemon rind
1 tsp. lemon extract

Mix above together and fill to full line on freezer with milk. Freeze.
