BANANA BREAD WITH SOUR CREAM AND
WALNUTS
 
2/3 cup butter
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups bananas (4-5)
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream first 2 ingredients; add eggs and bananas. Combine dry ingredients, then add dairy sour cream and butter mixture alternately. Add nuts last.

Bake in loaf pan at 350°F for 1 hour; let stand 20 minutes before removing.
