CRISP HAM BALLS 
3 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
2 c. ground lean cooked ham
1 egg, beaten
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can sauerkraut, chopped
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chopped parsley

Mix above ingredients well. Form into balls. Dip in batter and deep fry.

BATTER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. water

Beat together with beater.
