TACO DIP 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Hormel chili (no beans)
1 can refried beans, optional
El Paso mild salsa sauce
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese

Layer the above ingredients in an 8 x 8 inch pan with cream cheese on bottom and working your way up. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips.
