CORNISH HENS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Uncle Bens wild rice
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. soy sauce
Red pepper
Salt to taste

Prepare wild rice according to box directions. Add other ingredients; mix well. Stuff dressing in hens and put a pat of butter on each one. Bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hours.
