BARBECUED CORNISH HENS 
1 can Campbell's zesty tomato soup
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
2 Cornish hens (1 1/2 lb. each), cleaned OR 1 (2 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryer

In bowl, stir together soup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder and hot pepper sauce. Set aside.

Cut hens in half along backbone and breastbone. Arrange skin-side down in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Spoon off fat. Turn skin-side up; spoon soup mixture over hens. Bake 40 minutes or until fork-tender. To serve, spoon sauce over hens. Makes 4 servings.
