CONGEALED APPLE AND CHEESE SALAD 
1 pkg. cherry gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. apples, grated
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool. Mix cream cheese with a small amount of pineapple juice. Add pineapple, apples and nuts. Add to gelatin mixture. Chill until firm.
