COUNTRY CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
2 med. green peppers, sliced
2 med. onions, sliced
3 chopped carrots
2 cans stewed tomatoes
3 cans sliced mushrooms
5 med. diced potatoes
Garlic powder
Seasoning salt
Pepper

Cut chicken and wash pieces, season to taste with garlic powder, pepper, and seasoning salt. Place in roasting pan and put in oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour; remove from oven and add remaining ingredients and water. Finish baking. When meat is done, remove from oven and let vegetables finish cooking, add water as needed.
