POTATO PIZZA BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
4 c. thin sliced potatoes
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 soup can milk
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
6 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Turn beef in fry pan until it loses color. Place potatoes and onions in 9x15 inch buttered baking dish. Add meat to potatoes. Mix cheese soup with milk and add this to meat and potatoes.

Combine tomato sauce, salt and pepper, oregano and sugar. Pour this over top but do not stir. Dot with butter. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and remove foil. Arrange sliced Mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven for 15 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top when taken out of oven.
