4 oz. jar chopped pimento
4 oz. can chopped mushrooms
Sm. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. shell macaroni, cooked
Ritz crackers, crushed
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Sprinkle with some of grated cheese. Top with Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
