BROCCOLI HOT DISH 
1 1/2 c. instant rice (cooked as directed on box)
1 (8 oz.) Cheese Whiz (or Velveeta)
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. onion
1/2 c. milk
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Saute butter, onion and chopped celery. Add 1/2 of the cheese to this mixture. Put in 9 x 14 inch pan (or casserole) the rice, broccoli, chestnuts. Pour liquid over the top. Put remainder of cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 12.
