WILLIAMSBURG PORK 
4 lg. pork chops or pork filets
1 onion, cut in thick slices
1/4 c. peanut butter (smooth type)
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Trim fat from the chops or filets. Brown the meat in a skillet over medium heat. Top each chop with a slice of onion. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the chops. Cover skillet and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes until tender. Serve immediately.

Serves 4.
